These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the SureProHVAC.com website and services. By accessing the website or engaging SureProHVAC.com for services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website or services.

  1. Company Information

SureProHVAC.com (“SureProHVAC.com,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides residential and commercial HVAC services including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning inspections, repairs, replacements, installations, ductwork services, and related mechanical system services.

These Terms apply to:

  • use of our website;
  • requests for estimates;
  • communications through our website; and
  • engagement of our services.
  1. Website Information Only

Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only.

Website content does not constitute engineering, mechanical design, legal, insurance, or professional advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for a formal inspection or written estimate.

HVAC system conditions vary significantly by property. A physical inspection is required for accurate evaluation.

  1. Referral Network and Independent Contractors

SureProHVAC.com may refer service requests to licensed HVAC technicians, contractors, subcontractors, or independent service providers.

These contractors operate as independent businesses and are not employees, agents, partners, or joint venturers of SureProHVAC.com.

SureProHVAC.com does not supervise, direct, or control the work performed by independent contractors.

Any service agreement for HVAC work is solely between the customer and the contractor performing the work.

Customers are responsible for verifying contractor licensing, insurance, qualifications, and compliance with applicable laws.

SureProHVAC.com shall not be liable for the acts, omissions, workmanship, representations, scheduling, or performance of any independent contractor or third‑party service provider.

  1. Estimates and Service Agreements

Any estimate provided by SureProHVAC.com or a contractor through the website is based on information available at the time of inspection.

Estimates may change due to:

  • hidden mechanical conditions;
  • equipment or system failures discovered during work;
  • code compliance requirements;
  • ductwork limitations or deficiencies;
  • airflow or ventilation issues;
  • equipment availability; and
  • safety considerations.

Final pricing and scope of work are governed by the written service agreement or proposal accepted by the customer and the contractor performing the work.

  1. Hidden Conditions

Mechanical and duct systems may conceal conditions not visible during initial inspection.

Neither SureProHVAC.com nor any contractor shall be responsible for pre-existing structural damage, hidden duct defects, electrical supply issues, airflow limitations, insulation deficiencies, or other concealed mechanical conditions that become visible during the course of work.

If such conditions are discovered, additional work may be required and a revised estimate or change order may be issued.

  1. Refrigerant and Environmental Compliance

Certain HVAC systems require regulated refrigerants governed by federal and environmental regulations. Contractors performing services are responsible for complying with all applicable EPA and environmental regulations relating to refrigerant handling, recovery, recycling, and disposal. SureProHVAC.com does not store, transport, handle, or manage refrigerants and shall not be liable for any regulatory compliance issues related to refrigerant use.

  1. Airflow, Comfort, and System Performance

HVAC system performance may be affected by factors beyond the equipment itself, including home design, insulation levels, window placement, duct layout, airflow restrictions, thermostat placement, and building envelope conditions.

SureProHVAC.com and any contractor do not guarantee uniform temperatures, comfort levels, or airflow distribution throughout a structure unless specifically stated in a written engineering or system design agreement.

  1. Existing Ductwork and Infrastructure

Many HVAC installations rely on existing ductwork, electrical supply, or structural infrastructure that may limit system performance.

Unless specifically included in the scope of work, contractors are not responsible for modifying or replacing existing ductwork, insulation, electrical infrastructure, framing, or structural conditions that may affect airflow or efficiency.

  1. Scheduling and Service Delays

HVAC work may be affected by scheduling constraints, equipment availability, permitting requirements, inspections, weather conditions, and site conditions.

Service schedules may be modified due to:

  • weather conditions;
  • safety concerns;
  • equipment or parts supply issues;
  • site accessibility;
  • permitting or inspection requirements; and
  • unforeseen mechanical or structural conditions.

SureProHVAC.com shall not be liable for delays caused by factors outside its reasonable control.

  1. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the written service agreement, invoice, or proposal issued by the contractor performing the services.

Failure to remit payment according to agreed terms may result in:

  • suspension of work;
  • collection activity;
  • filing of construction or service liens where permitted by law; and
  • recovery of reasonable collection costs.
  1. Warranty Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all services and website content are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, except where warranties are expressly stated in writing by the contractor providing the services.

Any manufacturer warranties for HVAC equipment or components are provided solely by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms and limitations.

SureProHVAC.com makes no warranty regarding the quality, safety, or performance of services performed by independent contractors.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SureProHVAC.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of use, lost profits, equipment failure, system malfunction, or property damage beyond the direct scope of services arranged through the website or referrals made through the platform.
